Introduction to Core Equipment in High and Low Voltage Switchgear Production
As a company specializing in the production and manufacturing of high and low voltage switchgear, we always adhere to the core principles of "precision manufacturing and superior quality." We are equipped with a series of advanced production and testing equipment, providing a solid guarantee for switchgear cabinet forming, precision control, and quality acceptance. The following focuses on three key pieces of equipment in the production process, showcasing our production strength and quality pursuit, ensuring that every high and low voltage switchgear leaving the factory meets international standards and customer requirements.
The laser cutting machine is the core pre-processing equipment for high and low voltage switchgear cabinet sheet metal processing. It is mainly used for precise cutting of cabinet sheet metal, laying a solid foundation for subsequent cabinet fabrication. It is suitable for the sheet metal processing needs of various switchgear cabinets (low-voltage pull-out type, intelligent type, etc.).
Our laser cutting machine utilizes advanced fiber laser cutting technology, boasting significant advantages such as high cutting precision, high speed, smooth and even cuts, and low wear. It can precisely cut commonly used materials for power distribution cabinets, such as cold-rolled steel plates and stainless steel plates, with a cutting thickness ranging from 1-20mm, fully meeting the material specifications of different parts of high and low voltage power distribution cabinets. The equipment is equipped with an intelligent CNC system, enabling accurate import of CAD drawings and automatic cutting path planning, effectively avoiding dimensional deviations caused by manual cutting. Cutting errors are controlled within ±0.1mm, ensuring tight splicing and precise dimensions of the cabinet materials, guaranteeing the sealing and structural stability of the power distribution cabinet from the source. Furthermore, laser cutting eliminates the need for molds, flexibly adapting to different specifications and styles of cabinet cutting needs, significantly improving customized production efficiency and shortening production cycles. It can meet both mass-produced standardized production and efficiently respond to customers' personalized customization needs.
The bending machine is a key piece of equipment for forming high and low voltage distribution cabinet enclosures. It is specifically designed for bending sheet metal after laser cutting, processing flat sheet metal into various bending structures required for the cabinet (such as cabinet frames, doors, partitions, etc.), directly determining the forming accuracy and structural strength of the enclosure.
The bending machine we selected for enclosure manufacturing uses a CNC hydraulic drive system, ensuring precise operation and high stability. Equipped with multiple bending dies, it can perform multi-angle and multi-specification bending processing, adapting to various bending requirements of high and low voltage distribution cabinet enclosures (such as 90° right-angle bends, arc bends, etc.). The equipment has precise bending angle control and pressure adjustment functions, with bending angle errors controllable within ±0.5°, ensuring that every bend is neat and symmetrical, resulting in seamless and straight cabinet assembly, guaranteeing the structural strength and aesthetics of the enclosure. Meanwhile, the equipment is equipped with an intelligent control system that can preset multiple bending programs, achieving standardization and consistency in batch processing, reducing human error, and improving cabinet manufacturing efficiency. Combined with our twenty years of experience in cabinet manufacturing, each distribution cabinet possesses excellent load-bearing capacity and protection, making it suitable for installation and use in various complex power application scenarios, including industrial and commercial applications.
The equipment inspection table is the core equipment for quality control of high and low voltage distribution cabinets before they leave the factory. It involves inspection throughout the entire production process and is mainly used for comprehensive testing of the electrical performance, structural accuracy, and safety performance of semi-finished and finished distribution cabinets. It is a crucial line of defense for ensuring product quality and preventing unqualified products from leaving the factory.
Our equipment inspection table is equipped with a full set of professional testing instruments, enabling multi-dimensional and comprehensive inspection and testing, covering cabinet structural accuracy testing (such as dimensional deviation and splicing gap testing), electrical performance testing (such as insulation resistance, withstand voltage strength, and loop resistance testing), and component installation testing (such as wiring compliance and component fixing firmness testing). During the inspection process, professional testing personnel accurately read various test data using the inspection station, promptly rectifying any non-conforming items to ensure the electrical performance safety, structural stability, and reliable operation of each distribution cabinet. Simultaneously, the inspection station retains complete test records, enabling product quality traceability and providing customers with comprehensive test reports. This demonstrates our rigorous control over product quality and provides strong support for the compliant acceptance of overseas trade orders, allowing global customers to purchase with confidence.
These three core pieces of equipment work together, covering key stages from sheet metal processing and cabinet forming to quality acceptance of high and low voltage distribution cabinets. Combined with our twenty years of manufacturing experience, we have built a standardized and meticulous production system that effectively guarantees product quality and production efficiency, helping us provide global customers with more reliable and higher-quality high and low voltage distribution cabinet products.
